TAILORED TRAVEL PARTNERS LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between the client (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) and Tailored Travel Partners LLC (“Tailored Travel Partners,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or purchasing travel services through Tailored Travel Partners, whether online, by phone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Relationship Between Client and Tailored Travel Partners LLC
Tailored Travel Partners acts solely as an independent agent for the suppliers providing the travel services related to your booking, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transfer providers, cruise lines, and activity companies (collectively, “Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control any of these Suppliers. We are not responsible for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from any Supplier’s act or failure to act or any event beyond our control. Suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions, which are separate from ours. In the event of Supplier bankruptcy, insolvency, or failure to perform, Tailored Travel Partners shall have no responsibility to provide refunds or replacement services.

2. Booking Conditions and Payment Terms
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and deposit or full payment is received. Final payment must be made by the date specified during booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. All Supplier terms regarding changes, cancellations, or refunds apply in full.

3. Client Responsibility for Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for verifying all information on your booking confirmation and travel documents. Any corrections must be requested within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt. After this period, all information will be deemed accurate. You agree to provide accurate traveler information and to review your itinerary promptly.

4. Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for travel. Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months after the date of return. Tailored Travel Partners is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or losses arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Responsibility for Minors, Disabilities, and Entry Restrictions
Unaccompanied minors must have notarized travel consent forms. Travelers with disabilities or special needs should inform Tailored Travel Partners prior to booking so reasonable accommodations may be requested from Suppliers. Travelers with criminal convictions or other entry restrictions are responsible for confirming admissibility before travel. Denial of entry or inability of Suppliers to meet special requests does not entitle any refund or compensation.

6. Supplier Policies, Independence, and Refunds
Each Supplier maintains its own policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes. Tailored Travel Partners has no control over these policies and is not responsible for Supplier decisions or actions, including overbooking, closures, or service changes. Suppliers may change prices, itineraries, or services at any time without notice. In the event of Supplier insolvency or failure, refunds are subject solely to Supplier policies. Tailored Travel Partners has no special knowledge of the financial condition of any Supplier. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire booking value. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements, subject to Supplier terms.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Service Fees
All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Tailored Travel Partners may assess administrative fees for modifications, cancellations, or re-bookings, in addition to any Supplier fees. These fees are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Health, Safety, and Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including exposure to infectious diseases, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, and governmental restrictions. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with travel, including those relating to illness, injury, food allergies, and participation in high-risk activities. Tailored Travel Partners shall not be liable for illness, injury, quarantine, or financial losses resulting from such events. Travelers with special dietary needs or health conditions are solely responsible for managing those conditions during travel.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailored Travel Partners’ total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of commissions actually earned by Tailored Travel Partners from your booking. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or emotional distress. All services provided are on an “as is” basis without warranty, express or implied.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailored Travel Partners, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees), or liabilities arising out of or related to your travel activities, acts or omissions, or any violation of this Agreement.

12. Force Majeure
Tailored Travel Partners shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, or governmental actions. If a force majeure event occurs, Tailored Travel Partners may vary or cancel travel arrangements without notice, and you will remain responsible for any additional costs incurred.

13. Credit Card Authorization and Chargebacks
By booking, you authorize Tailored Travel Partners or its authorized Suppliers to charge your credit card for agreed amounts. You agree not to initiate any chargeback, refund, or reversal except in the case of proven fraud. You must first contact Tailored Travel Partners in writing to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute. If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback, you agree to reimburse Tailored Travel Partners for all costs, fees, and attorney’s fees incurred in defending against it.

14. Traveler Conduct
You are responsible for your own conduct and for any damage or loss caused by your acts or omissions. Suppliers or Tailored Travel Partners may refuse service or remove any traveler who is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk. You will bear all resulting costs, including transportation and accommodations, and will not be entitled to any refund.

15. Personal Information and Privacy
You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information with Suppliers and third parties for the purpose of providing travel services. Tailored Travel Partners is not responsible for the misuse of such data by third parties. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and business obligations.

16. Social Media and Marketing Use
By providing photographs, testimonials, or tagging Tailored Travel Partners on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and content for promotional and marketing purposes.

17. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Lake County, Illinois, or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement and Notices
This Agreement, together with any Supplier terms and booking confirmations, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tailored Travel Partners and supersedes all prior understandings or communications. Notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed delivered when sent by confirmed email or other written method to the addresses provided by each party.

21. Electronic Consent
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and that your electronic acceptance shall constitute your legally binding signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).
22.Travel Protection and Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. I understand that Tailored Travel Partners LLC is not an Insurance Agency and that 3rd-party Trip Protection is optional and the cost is non-refundable once purchased. I understand that Tailored Travel Partners LLC cannot sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance policies and that Tailored Travel Partners has not made a binding assurance or promise about insurance coverage. I acknowledge that I have been advised about purchasing Travel Protection and the possible results if I choose not to purchase Travel Protection.
